Minor issue only. While all the damage was exterior, the interior of the vehicle smelled of chemicals for weeks afterwards. It lead me to think that people moving the car from location to location did so with chemicals on their clothing. Fortunately, I have a garage. So I would park it with the windows open. When I didn't, the smell rapidly became overwhelming. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service and flexibility of your staff.

When I dropped my car off, Kaley said it would look as good as new. She was RIGHT! I have never had to have body work done on a vehicle before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. It was excellent. Definitely worth the drive to Waterloo. They even detailed the inside and got rid of the dog hair! (for a while ; >)
