The work done on my car was impeccable. You'd never know that it had had any damage. What was not good was that I had to wait 3 weeks to have the work started. I was told I would get text message updates, which I never received. I called the day it was supposed to be ready and was told that there was more damage than originally thought and it would take another 5 days. So bottom line: communication was very poor and I had to alter my travel plans because of it. As a returning customer I found this really disappointing, and won't be using Carmat again.

I drive a Prius, renting a car from you created a slight problem for me-- I gave you my car to be repaired while I was out of town. You needed 3 more days to fix my car after the scheduled completion, and said I needed to rent a car. I requested a small rental car, which did not happen. I love your communication policy and your staff, however I did not like the very large Subaru rental car you had ready for me and was not told I could change it.
