I was very impressed with the overall communication status as it relates to my vehicle being repaired. Although the repairs were met to my satisfaction there was no one present to discuss the repairs performed. In the future it would be much appreciated if one of your repair representatives had met me in the parking lot rather than leaving my car running without a conversation. I will however, rate my overall experience as 85% satisfied.
