The entire experience was great. Your team handled everything and kept me in the loop as things progressed. The resulting was was amazing.You can’t tell the quarter panel was dented at all.
The only real gripe I have is that interior windows were filmy and maybe should have been cleaned prior to delivery. I wouldn’t mention it at all, but there was finger-writing that could be seen on the film covering the passenger door. If they knew it was there, it should have been taken care of.
But that is a small thing. You team did fantastic work and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend Car Star to anyone needing body work done in my area.
