They said they did a full scan of my vehicle to order parts and make repairs before and after installments. They ensured that it was fixed. I went to use my windshield spray on a night when my windshield badly needed a spray and the liquid would not come out at all. It was quite dangerous to be on the road without being able to clean my windshield properly and found myself disappointed that their inspection did not catch this. I called and followed up with them to arrange its fixing and they said they could not see me until the following week because of reduced staffing. I get that we are in a pandemic but how is it fair to make the customer wait after being continually exposed to potentially dangerous situations due to their mistake? I hope that others are not in danger driving their cars after a half-hazard scan.
