My experience was a 10+! From the time I called to discuss the damage on my vehicle, Took it in for an estimate and went forward with the repair work The customer service experience and follow up was excellent! In a world where everyone is rushed and doesn't have time to talk to you all of the employees have been nothing but helpful- this is very hard to find in any business. The owner, Tim went above and beyond. He has the right people in the right places and this makes for a well oiled machine. Teamwork and customer service are important to this company. let me begin with saying that Robert was courteous and prompt on status from start to end.
Delivered vehicle had non functional brake lights which was detected by the customer. This is a very serious oversight and on reporting this issue it was fixed immediately . I did not see any formal apology for this from the management, which makes me feel that it was no big deal and happens every other day in cars rolling out of the workshop. Had I not noticed this issue , I could have been possibly cited and paying visit to traffic court and paying for tickets.
