Car looks great although cost for repair was significantly higher than initially quoted. A call to update the customer on significant changes in the cost for repair should be made throughout the job. I was shocked to see the final cost on-line, just days before pick-up.

Wow!!! This is so wierd! You know why? Because I just sent an email to customer service asking where to leave my 5 star review, I just went to check my messages and you guys are in my emails at 4 am with a survey. What a coincidence!!! I will always come to from here on out. The girls in the body shop reception!!! They felt like home, like family, I almost want something else to happen to my car hahaha!!!! And the adjuster/inspector? was a great guy! I was also able to get a 3 inch door ding removed by their paint-less dent repairman the same day I was picking my car up since he was scheduled to be there!!!
