Well first, we were told it was complete on Friday, my daughter turned in her rental car went to pick up her car and oh it won't be ready until Monday! Why did we get a text, a message on home phone, and a call to my daughter that it was complete if it wasn't. She couldn't get her rental car back because it had already been closed out. When she called to find out if it was ready on Monday, the second day we were told it would be ready, the lady she spoke with on the phone was rude!! When she came to pick it up the lady who helped her was rude to her. When I came in everyone was all nicey nicey!! Based on the experience we had, we would not use this shop again. The work it self seems to be ok, but customer service is important also!
