I was told I'd get a rental vehicle similar to my vehicle. My vehicle had 3 rows and seated 7 people because I have a family of 6. My rental was considered an SUV but it was small and fit only 5 people. Then the battery was dead and difficulty starting every morning (when vehicle was given to me I was told someone left the lights on all weekend and the battery had to be charged). This vehicle needs a new battery. I was unable to just come get another one due to my work schedule. My vehicle that was being worked on I believe looks good and was very impressed with how clean it was.
