Tom and the entire crew were extremely professional, competent and proficient. It's hard to believe the Norfolk shop has been open for only a little while as they displayed superb teamwork and speed that is more characteristic of a seasoned shop that has been in operation for years. The whole experience makes me want to come back for future work. I definately will refer others for service there. They gained my trust and respect. Hats off to this team of professionals! These guys are awesome. This shop is aptly named -elite!

I noticed upon receiving a car that the right front fender well had tabs that were broken off it looks as if it was due to bodywork or The fender was being pushed in and was not repaired. Also noticed a cover cap completely missing for the left front shock tower under the hood as well as a foam good piece of rubber was not securely attached and when I open the hood the piece fell down into the engine Also noticed that there was a dime sized/scuff on the right front wheel that was not there before. Paint on the right side of the bumper had runs and trash in the paint and clear coat that was sealed. When vehicle reached speeds of 75 mph or more and the brakes were applied, a vibration could be felt in the steering wheel that was not there before.
