Gene Messer Ford Collision did exactly what they said they would do in order to allow us to get the truck back home (330 miles away); however, it was not completely fixed, which they told us ahead of time. I am sure they would have completely fixed it IF we had allowed them to keep it. That's the only reason for the "NO" response.
