They put old, used, and pretty nasty part back on. I doubt they change it indeed. When I discovered this they said that the insurance company had them replace the old part. My point is none of the told me if they were doing in that way. Before I drove my car out I showed them the replaced part condition and one of the workers took my car in and did a magic real quick to wash away some scratches on the headlight Which they should have done before I get there and I can a lot of scratches on it still. I don't know if I am ever coming back to **** and recommending my community folks. It is a horrible experience. I should have been good if I had not chosen ****. I feel like I am completely tricked.

Impeccable service from intake to outtake! I have no complaints!!! I was so ready to be disappointed about the spilled coffee but once again nothing to complain about. I had to shake Shawn's hand. I am very picky about driving clean. The mechanics did a fantastic job putting her back together. My car is shinier than she was when I bought her! If it weren't for superb customer none of the above would matter. You all have it but Sheronda (??? Sorry if I butchered her name) was amazing!!! Drop off, status check, check out and car rental service. Amazing! Although it took longer than expected, I have no complaints. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Everything looks great The only thing that was disappointing was
I had to wait over two weeks for the repairs to be completed
Due to parts not available and had to send to Germany
For them. The other problem is the fact There was no car
Loan available while I waited 2 weeks through no fault of my own.
Everyone was kind and understanding and very apologetic
But I had to cancel a lot of appointments to be without a car.
