Great job by Glen. I brought my Dodge Durango to get fixed. They did a great job and kept me informed of when the truck would be ready. Only issue which was out of their control was Dodge was extremely slow on getting parts to the auto body shop. If this happens contact the manufacturer immediately and file a complaint. You would see how magical parts just happen to show up. Other than that issue. Glenn and his workers did an amazing job.

As, always, Jimmy's did an beautiful job for an excellent price. They also took care of the insurance claim and rental deatails - including arranging a pick-up at the shop and authorizationn for rental car coverage throughout the duration of the repair process. In fact, I barely needed to handle much myself. My only issue is that their texting service, which keeps their customers updated in regard to repair process, was not working well. I should have said something sooner, but this is no reflection on Jimmy's. Despite that one feature, my car was finished on schedule and looks better than new. Jimmy's made a normally hectic esperience a breeze and Ibwould definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repair work!

Superior body work for an extremely reasonable price. The team was knowledgeable and trustworthy, so I felt that I wasn't being overcharged or taken advantage of, since I'm a woman (Sadly, this happens in a lot of local autobody shops). This was my second time using Jimmy's auto body repair services, and I would definitely use them again - Although, I hope I don't have to any time soon! LOL!
