From the moment I first called to the moment I picked up my car (and even after) they were wonderful. Everyone was professional, informative and always willing to help. Theyou dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have anything to worry about other than the deductible (and I was given a coupon to by the nice lady, to apply towards that). The informative texts were helpful and a nice touch! If I decide to fix some minor issues I will definitely be going to them.
