I received several calls and texts regarding the status of my repair. I received calls and texts that my car would be ready sooner than originally expected. Then was called informing me that it would be completed on a certain afternoon and on that day I was expecting to pick it up I was NOT notified by either call or text. I did not receive a call or text until 2 days later telling me the status. Then it was not ready again. I had to call to ask about the status because I had not heard anything. Also, fix the voice mail system. People who call have to hear a long recording before they can speak to anyone. Change this so that customers press a FIRST selection and not the 6th or 7th choice to speak with someone. Finally, a customer does not know if they are completely satisfied until several days, months or years about paint jobs. Only time will tell.

The staff was excellent and the repairs look good. The only thing I would say is we were told the car would be ready on Monday and on Monday we called and were told it would be ready Tuesday. A notification Tuesady morning with the status of our car would have been nice. The car was ready to pick up Tuesday evening.
