Everyone in the office spoke while I was there...both times: delivery and pick up.
I was concerned about the projected time scheduled for repairs this time (as compared to previous repair jobs). Paceline, in Lampasas, has always done wonderful work on my vehicles, as well as other people I have recommended to use them. However, one of the main reasons I like/use Paceline is because of the staff who has worked with me and recognize me and know of my timeframe and circumstances. Paula goes out of her way to help/reassure me!!!!!!!!!! ????????
Others have left that I had wirked with on past jobs...but she texts and calls and makes sure I am in the loop with the repairs, understand when things are added, and am totally satisfied with their work upon completion. She is why I use Paceline. Good staff...Goid business. 100%!!!!!!
