Your system of keeping customers informed on a regular basis is excellent. Cody was always friendly and answered my questions patiently. We live 4 hrs from Abilene and had to pick up our vehicle on Sunday afternoon. Cody arranged for Scotty to meet us. The car drove great all the way to Amarillo. Thanks so much.

They kept me updated by text an often by phone calls they kept my spouse updated. Then when we got there I had a spot where I had rubbed against a blue chair and was telling the gentleman named Shane that had brought my keys an was telling him what I wanted to do cuz I thought I could run it off and he jumped quickly and got some stuff they had there and actually rubbed it off for me-- he didn't even have to do it- but it was extremely appreciated and I will not only use them again but will recommend them to others. We got the car back today and it has scratches that were not there when the was brought to y'all. And the car is over heating and making noises. There was an inspection checklist that was in the visor and nothing was checked off on it. We are very upset and hope that paceline will make it right.

Considering when I said I felt the car was unsafe and the alignment was off i was told my tires were bad even though they said they were still good when I initally brought it in. Scott said to me that he told enterprise that I shouldn't pay more than 3 days of my rental because they were covering the rest since my geico claims adjuster assigned to me, Jason, didn't bother extending my rental. However, when I went to enterprise they said Scott told them that I would be paying since March 20-to march 30. I felt like they weren't listening to anything I was saying and made me feel pressured to take my car back even though I don't think its safe.
