The customer service was excellent. Was told it would take 7 days to complete the work and it was done in 5. Everyone I talked to friendly, professional and helpful. I worked mostly with**** and Michelle and they were both great. My car was ready on Friday after hours and**** stayed after hours and I was able to drop off my rental car with him. I would definetly recommend to others. And most importantly the work done on my car was Perfect. Thank you for making a bad experience, a car accident , less stressful.

The passenger door repaired does not operate correctly. The door ajar warning light and beeper no longer operates after the repair. Additionally, the car alarm was deactivated . I've gone to FV body works express in the past with other vehicles and received exemplary service there. That is why I selected FV body works for this repair.
