The lack of communication from the staff. I had an appointment with Kelly waited about 20 min for front staff to tell me she was almost done waited again for another person to assist. When he spoke to me without seeing my car he wanted me to sign. Obviously, I did not. When I asked about what they would replace on the vehicle he stated “you get what you pay for” what kind of answer is that! Then finally a day later I received a an email from Kelly, apologetic she wasn’t able to assist but she would get back to on Monday ????. Now the lack of communication from her, my goodness. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever. When they found out I was transferring my vehicle to another shop gosh they were upset. They tore my car down and send it to the other body shop without pieces. Charging the insurance for things that did not need to be fixed. Now the bodyshop my vehicle was transferred to, found removed part that Gustafson peeps missed where there was damage from the other parties vehicle! My advice save your time and money. This people are corrupted.
