I was told my repairs would cost 800. The claims advisor from mercury wrote up an estimate for 1940. I asked Heather from mercury insurance to intercept the check so I could pay the repairs myself. That was not a problem.Heather called galpin auto to request the check back. No sooner did she hang up Maria she was calling me telling me it was going to cost me 1940. I do have choices were i take my car. I should taken my car the hell out of their and had the repairs done at an honest car repair dealer. I might have had a little extra pocket change in my pocketbook instead of yours!

The Customer Service is top rate. JC and Monica are a pleasure to work with, very professional and always me me feel that I matter. The new text messaging to my cell to update me with the status of my car was impressive and very helpful. With this method I new exactly when my car was going to be ready so I had time to fill my rental car up with gas before returning it to Enterprise. The workmanship is wonderful and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.
