My favorite part of the experience was meeting the owner at the end and having h8m take me to my beautifully repaired car. He is a cutie too!

Our experience with Geico, Fix it auto center and Enterprise rental car was outstanding. It was probably the best service that we've ever gotten.Professional, courteous and timely. Each of the representatives that we met with were cheerful and upbeat and generally took a situation that it is unwanted and turned it into something that was positive. The work done on our car came out quite good and they really went above and beyond, returning the car washed and vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise. We had been considering changing insurance companies prior to this for a lower rate, but changed our minds as a result of the service we received. Still not fixed and now need to have claim reopened to pay for VW dealer retiring at the cost of 665 and yet another rental car. My car ran perfect with never a problem until the hit and run to the right fender. VW says if there were no problems before the damage then it was more than likely caused by the hit and run.

I have been driving (and a heaver user of the roads) for over forty years, and (unfortunately) I have had my share of accidents -- and resulting relationships with auto body/collision repair shops. My recent experience with Fix Auto in Redlands ranks as the most satisfying of the many I have had over these four decades. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to please the customer. The communicstion throughout the entire process was exemplary. And the work itself was superlative. The front end of my damaged car came out looking better than the original that I bought as new. Beyond the insurance covered work, Fix Auto spruced up my car's appearance in a way that was above and beyond. The experience at Fix Auto is so good that you almost want to get in more accidents -- but not quite! But if you do, you can at least be confident in what shop to turn to to get you back in the driving game -- and in style.
