This accident happened at a very bad time in my life. My brother was dying in NJ and when I called to tell them I would t be back for 2 weeks they made sure my car was ready when I arrived home yesterday. I mostly dealt with Rob and he was not only sympathetic and so kind he made everything so easy when I came to pick up my car. He is just a very kind man. I so appreciated this especially in eventually losing my brother while I was up in NJ.
I sincerely can’t thank him enough.

I don’t know if parts of the side bumper panel were removed to inspect behind but I did notice the paneling didn’t sit flush with the rear wheel fender so not sure if that was the product of the bumper being pushed from the impact
