The repairs look nice and complete, from what I can tell. Employees were pleasant. However, my car was there for one month and I had to call weekly for updates. No one ever reached out to me without me calling first. I think there should be better communication.

I never received one phone call with an update on my car. The only time I knew any sort of update was when I called them. It took near 4 weeks to repair my car! And when I called in and learned it was ready, upon my arrival, they asked for payment before doing any sort of walk around of the vehicle. I found two damages that were not repaired and they had to keep the car longer! In addition, 2 weeks into the repair I had to get a rental car. I spoke with someone there to arrange the pick up and they assured me the car would be there by 4pm. When I arrived around 4:30 to pick up the rental car they seem to have no idea what I was talking about and had to call enterprise to bring a car over for me. Overall, this is the worst customer service and I will never return.
