Great customer service! Was very on top of keeping me updated throughout the repair and made it an easy process. They handled everything with the rental car when I needed to extend how long I needed it. They eliminate all the stress and I would recommend them to everyone! This is my second time with mikes auto body and (god forbid) will always go to them!

I appreciate the work and services provided. I would have liked better communication on my repair completion timetable . I dropped the car on a Wednesday and had to call the following Monday to find out the car would not be ready till a Friday. Even with your text update service, there was no communication given on a completion date. Limiting the time a vehicle is left for service is better for the customer. Everyday it was there I paid an additional fee for my rental car insurance even though the rental is covered by insurance company. This tacked on an extra 250 dollars onto my service. Having the vehicle gone for 10 seemed like better planning could have avoided the lengthy time at the shop. For example, ordering the part prior to having the car dropped at the shop could possibly cut the length of time in the shop. Just a thought. Thank you again for the repairs.
