Worst experience in my entire life!! Would never refer anyone to this Collision Center. Horrible customer service with lack of communication. Took 3 months to fix a bumper. All repairs were supposed to go to insurance. Get a phone call stating my car was ready for pickup and that I owed $$ or you were keeping my car. Never once received a phone call stating that I would have to pay out of pocket or asked to move forward with repairs. Your collision center tricks people into signing a blank car estimate repair sheet that is clearly marked with a computerized “X” stating that the customer does not require a written estimate. When I didn’t want to sign the paper I was told that I had to sign and that it was to give authorization to look at my car. I was told that I would be notified of the cost of repairs no matter what. LIES,LIES,LIES!!! Spoke with the manager who was very rude and he states well you signed it to give us authorization to do ANY repairs on your vehicle and “I have a business to run!” You billed over $6,000 to replace a bumper. I was told there was additional damage which I do dot believe because I was rear ended at 10 mph with pics to prove. Appraiser from insurance company stated there was no way my car had $6000 worth of damage and he’s been doing this for over 30 years. I had to pay over $3,500 in car rental because of how long it took to get my car back in my possession. Your company will be reported to The department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for repair fraud and the BBB.

They were friendly and efficient they completed the work in a few days and had the car back to me I felt the cost of repair was more than fair I would definitely use them again

You were very easy to work with. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss.
