The repair itself was great. My car looks wonderful. Gary was so informative to talk to and has great customer service skills. The issue I had was that my car ran out of inspection while being repaired. I authorized Beasley to do the inspection when collision was finished. My car was sent to service with the engine light on. After talking to Gary, he pulled the car back and cleared the code. He couldn't remember the code but stated it was a result of un hooking the battery while working on it. Later in the day I spok to Josh and was told the code was a misfire. What they didn't know at that time is my car had a new engine put in not long ago. The new engine only has 10k miles on it. Since the code was cleared my car wasn't ready to pass emissions. Guys from service drove my car to try to get it through the cycles. It still needed to be driven more so I picked it up to drive it that evening. When I started my car, I had **** bar of gas and the gas light was on. I tried to make it to Rutters but ran out and had to walk to Rutters and buy a gas can, fill it, and take back to my car. I dropped the car off later that night hoping we drove it enough to pass emissions. It still was not ready. When I asked what didn't cycle through that's preventing emissions I was told EVAP. I asked if this was the only thing and it was. I asked why wasn't emissions done since you can have one "code" that didn't cycle to pass emissions. Amanda checked with service and they said they would try it after lunch. At that point I declined Beasley to do the inspection because I felt their mechanics should have known that and if they were stalling on emissions then who knows what else they would come up with. Since I do work during the day as well, the best way to communicate is via email. There were times I sent an email and didnt receive a response. When I did, they were one line and lacked professionalism. I am very grateful to Beasley for fixing the bodywork on my car but I'm not happy with the service. I felt like I was bugging them when asking questions. In the end, I had another dealership that I normally work with go and pick up my car. With in an hour and half I received a call that emissions and inspection were complete. While Beasleys shop is beautiful and appeared fully staffed, from my experience, it lacked customer service and customer satisfaction.

I understand that the pebble chips on the hood were already there, but it would’ve been nice to be offered the option of having them sanded down and painted when the damaged part of the bumper was painted.

When I got my car back there was still a small dent in my door where the other car had hit it. It was small, but for two grand worth of repair I didn’t expect to see that. It wasn’t my money, and they painted over it well, so I wasn’t going to bother. But also when I picked my car up my low tire pressure light was on. I didn’t think much of it other than it wasn’t like that when I turned it in. I had them put some more air in it and kept moving. BUT, today when it came on, and after setting for almost a day it was noticeable. I have two twelve hour shifts this weekend. And if I come outside to a flat tire from an issue I didn’t have until I turned my car in, I’m going to be a little upset. Inconvenienced to say the least. I wouldn’t have vented like this but the text message asking for feedback happened shortly after I realized what was going on. As for the people, I loved the way I was treated.
