Lack of communication on status of vehicle was bad ,multiple calls ,and other service writer had to find out that vehicle had been done for couple days,fit of repaired front bumper is not done lines are not even. I expected better quality.

Repair details were not followed after multiple, reminders. When finally acknowledged the car was a total loss. This could have been resolved a lot faster if instructions and updates were followed.

My car looks great, and happy with repairs done, but it was Ridiculous to have to wait almost 2 months to get car in shop and even after I got it in, it was at the shop for over a month. Usually when we took our car to your shop it would only be there a week or a little more. This was the longest repair process I’ve ever encountered.

The paint match up was off. I have a 2019 Kona Hyundai. The color is an off white and the white that was used does not match. The color for a 2019 Kona is CHALK and the color code is P6W for that year. I was told it was because the paint was new and the part that was painted was plastic not metal. The part that was removed was plastic and it matched. I can’t understand why the new part that was painted couldn’t have been a better match. I would like to bring back the car back to see if they could do a better match. I’m not pleased with the results. I’m a previous customer and have never been disappointed with your service before. Excellent work , but poor customer service from estimated. 3 days work turned into two weeks. They parked my convertible top Camaro under pine tree, now I have to pay $250 to have it detail.

Still waiting to hear back regarding our two passenger side wheels needing to be repaired. For some reason this wasn’t addressed the first time the vehicle was there. The door that was repaired has something loose rattling inside it and the exterior door handle has a piece that fell off. We have been dealing with Josh which has been good. Just waiting to hear back on when we can bring the car back to get the wheels fixed and the door repaired.

Bruce kept his word to get my headlights taken care of even though it took 5 extra weeks. I never got my front license plate put back on or got it back but I’ll get a new set of plates. The truck looks good, like before the accident.
