John Hayes, whom I had the unfortune of dealing with was very rude. He was very negative right at the beginning of working with him and pushed off any idea that my car could be repaired. Yet, with no plan on giving any conclusion other than a totaled vehicle, he still dragged me through weeks of waiting for any information dealing with the status of my car. This entire interaction is what will ensure that I NEVER use Anaheim Hills Auto Body ever again. And I used to be a loyal customer. And I will be sharing this horrible experience with everyone I know and discouraging them from ever using this company as well.

There was just one issue. In receiving our can back the air controls in the van are delayed. We are unable to turn the air on for a few minutes and the van does not remember the temperature settings. We have to keep adjusting the temperature everytime we turn the car on.
