Smooth process from beginning to end. I didn't have to do anything on my own. Salinas Collision took care of all the paper work and car rental. There was clear and constant communication throughout the process. All members I talked to were friendly and polite.

The bumper is not properly affixed or aligned on my car. There are gaps in hood and headlights. I mentioned this after inspecting the car and representative Sammie advised he would follow-up with me after speaking with AAA to authorize original manufacturer bumper instead of after market bumper. Waiting on contact to reschedule work on front bumper

The lack of communication was very annoying. The lack of NOR returning my messages was also annoying. The aggravation with Enterprise and the rental car situation should have been addressed by you and not me needing to make three calls and still be told I would be charged by Enterprise. Again, you not returning my calls/messages. The large additional amount charged and discussed with Liberty Mutual but NEVER mentioned to me until I asked about it on the final invoice. Overall repair acceptable.
