The day I called Dury, I spoke to Chad ****, I explained my truck had been hit. At that moment Chad took charge, asked a few questions, I gave him a few answers about the insurance. He called me the very next day and told me when he ordered the door and when it would arrive at the body shop. Chad also let me know he had already took care of the rental car. So the day I dropped off the car, I also pick up the rental. Chad also kept me posted while the truck was being worked on. The work was done to perfection. No one will ever know the truck was hit. The paint job “WOW”... AWESOME!! Thank you Dury body shop and Chad **** for everything!!

The work on my pickup was done fine the service was fine the only thing was that I had explained to Chad that I wanted to keep the tire that was on the pickup as my spare because the one that was on the ram in the back of the pickup was too big for my pickup and he threw that tire away and that irritated me because now I have to buy another tire other than that everything was fine
