You guys are awesome, even the manager that spoke with us about the windshield cracks. Thank you for offering to pay the deductible, but that will not be necessary. We will pay out of pocket for windshield repair. Don’t like to nickel and dime an insurance company by submitting a small claim. I find it’s better to use insurance for major repairs. Thank you so much for being nice to us.

I would have one suggestion. The sign in and waiting in the lounge area is very frustrating. Even when I was expected, or there was no one else waiting in the lounge, I had to wait 15-30 mins each time.

The mechanic was amazing! The only problem that I had was with the receptionist(lady in the middle cubicle) she assured me that my rental would be set up and ready on repair dat, but unfortunately that was not the case. Instead I had to set up my rent a car and pay out of pocket 100+ dollars for 2 dats worth and a security deposit for my rental. I also had to inform the insurance company taking responsibility that not only was I getting a rent a car, but that my repairs would be starting that day because no one contacted them from #**** ****. The confusion was frustrating after working the night shift and almost being late for an appointment that morning. The repairs however look great and the detailing added a great touch, thank you????
