The customer service was good - everyone was friendly and efficient. Overall, we’re not satisfied with the quality of the work done. The paint job completed on my bumper was not to my expectations. There was clearly some paint bleed that got onto the black plastic under the bumper which they tried to wipe up. You can see remnants of white paint smeared on the black plastic. The paint color used is also not a match to the rest of the car - it is a different shade of white. Finally, we asked for a small chip to be filled in with paint on the back hatch. It was poorly filled in - looks like someone took White Out correction fluid to fill it in.
