When USAA endorses an auto body shop, what can you do but expect and receive first cabin service. Professional staff welcomed me after I called and got an appointment for the appraisal and repairs. A thorough check of the vehicle by their appraiser revealed what they intended to do to affect repairs to showroom standards. Left the vehicle the following day and received daily updates as to progress. Our vehicle was ready for p/u four days before their estimated delivery date. My wife is thrilled to have her new looking car back. Great job all around.
