I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and was told it would be complete by Thursday. After hearing nothing from college collision, I called on Thursday at 3:00pm only to be put on hold for over ten minutes only to be told that my car would not be finished until Friday. The next day (Friday),I hear nothing at all from college collision. When I call at approximately 3:00pm to ask about my vehicle, I'm again put on hold for almost 10 minutes and finally had to hang up because I was at work. College collision finally called me back at 4:20 and told me I could pick up my vehicle but that they closed at 5pm, which gave me less than 40 minutes to figure out arrangements to get my vehicle. I was required to pay the entire deductible even though my car is still missing a few of the clips for the front bumper (they are supposed to call when the pieces come in). I've taken my vehicle to college collision numerous times and have always been very satisfied until this experience.

The job that you did was great! Thanks for even reversing the dent from my other door as well! The only problem I have is that my driver's side door window exploded on my the day I got it back....

Thanks for cleaning the inside up completely from the glass and other dirt/rocks as well as making sure the battery was good to go after sitting in the yard for a few weeks.
