I really appreciated the twice weekly calls to let me know the progress being made. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful and professional. I did not wait long when I dropped of my car or when I picked it up.

I had work from a repair that was completed last year that was supposed to be fixed with this repair under warranty, and it was not completed. More so, the problem is worse now. The guaranteed parts and labor are listed on the invoice but not completed.
