Customer service was great. But when i got my car back on the side they worked on when i roll the window down it makes a noise now. I was willing to overlook that but found the clean paper mat which they put in your car to keep mat clean in the trunk with other debris from tear out, and other belongings inside car thrown about as well. This is the 2nd vehicle i have brought here . The first one was fine. Not extremely happy but will be looking elsewhere for my needs in the next one

I am mostly satisfied. You returned the car with the driver side power door lock not working. You repaired it quickly, no questions asked, although we had to schedule a return visit. Still, you should have checked all those connections before returning the car.

The work was completed correctly and to a satisfactory level. The scheduling office was difficult to work with to find an appropriate drop off time. Due to ONE persons vacation I had to reschedule my drop off date by two calendar weeks. There was no flexibility in their office or any duplicity of staff that would allow me to drop off the car when I wanted.
