Picked up vehicle today, it was finished a week early. Mike was great. Unfortunately, the main piece exhaust system that was replaced is for the wrong model. I have a 2014 Cadillac ATS luxury and the exhaust that was put on is for the base model. Also, while looking online the part was over 300 cheaper on the gm website than what's on my invoice and what my insurance is paying. Please resolve this issue.

I thought your staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Mike Russo was told not to touch my car because it needed to be inspected by Toyota, and still went ahead and had the car repaired. When I asked him why he basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Now Toyota will no longer inspect my car after I jumped through hoops to make it happen. Also, I went to use my wiper fluid this evening to clean my window and they had drained it. I have called both the better business bureau and consumer affairs on your shop.

I picked up my vehicle this afternoon and after looking at it closer in the sunlight I was able to clearly see that the paint on the repaired parts is different than the other parts of the car. I called the representative and was told to bring the car back to allow for the manager to look at it.
