Great customer service! I was kept fully informed on the status of repairs on my car. Really appreciated being able to just drop off my rental car at FixAuto without having to go back to Enterprise. I will definitely recommend FixAuto Yorba Linda to my friends and family.

It caused us great inconvenience because you guys closed sooner than your scheduled time of 12:00 PM on Saturday. We were informed that our vehicle was ready and we really needed it that weekend.
We did get apologies from the shop but that just shouldn't happen to any customer.

The friendly staff at Fix Auto Yorba Linda take care of you the minute you walk through their doors. They make an already frustrating and inconvenient situation stress free and so convenient.. Reserved my rental car for me at time of appointment, at drop off offered reusable bags to put stuff in, arranged to have rental car place to pick me up and the text updates on the status of my car was a great perk. They finished my car 7 days earlier than estimated and being able to leave the rental car with them was a huge time saver..!!!
