This was my first accident where my car needed repairs and the Marlana made it very easy to understand the process and what would be done. Marlana was very nice, professional, and timely. It was during and after the holidays this happened but communication was amazing and my car was done quicker than expected! My car was very clean and nice on pick up too! Marlana was awesome! She is very competent of here job and very hospitable!!! I will definitely use Mark Jacobson again for my repair needs!

The work was done to my satisfaction but the time it took was about 3 weeks longer than originally told. Each week I was told it would be ready only to call and find out it would be another week. It's hard to work and try to schedule the pick up when it changed each week. Also after the original date it was supposed to be done I didn't get any updates. I was the one who had to contact you as opposed your company calling me with updates
