I had a wonderful experience working with Daland from the start. Farmers connected me on my same phone call to report my claim and everyone was nice. I received many updates on status, and am very happy with the end result. My car looks great! I was surprised by how easy the process was and Daland took over returning my rental car for me. One less thing for me to do before work. I didn't expect my car to be detailed so that was a nice surprise when I got it back.
