I think it would have been insightful to know if Service King was certified or not to service Jaguar vehicles when bringing in my vehicle, as it will increase the delay in getting my vehicle repaired due to its subsequent transfer to a Jaguar dealership. In addition, I informed by my advisor that Service King deposited the two-endorser check prior to me signing it.
