The last minute attempted pricing adjustment was very unprofessional. I understand if the damage was such as additional damage could be seen until the car was taken apart. But an attempted adjustment for paint is just unprofessional and very shady.

My only complaint is when I dropped off my car they underestimated the time it would take to repair my car. If they had said there was even a slight chance it would take longer I might have rescheduled the service while we were on vacation. However they did it in less time than the revised estimate and in total it took 3 days longer than the original estimate. They were very attentive and committed to making me happy and the car looks great.
