Aaron is a man of his word and did exactly as he said he would do. The car looked great. I would recommend Autonation to my clients should they need repairs.

Communication was great until a certain point and then the phone calls and text updates came to a standstill. Maybe it's not the case, but it felt like if I had not called, I would have gotten no word on my truck's ready date.
Truck came back to me 4 days later than planned, 2 of those days being a weekend and I understand that they are closed. Work looks good. My insurance rep was also worried and said that he had a hard time getting a hold of anyone as far as a completion date goes.
Everyone in dealt with in the department was super nice and friendly.
