The technician took a lot of time to evaluate the damage. No technician was available to show me the results of their work or to describe it. I was given the keys and they said goodbye, politely . At my own expense I rented a car the first of which transmission failed. I asked to have that day not paid and they told me they had done so. But I had to ask. Retail detail matters. The quality of work appears to be excellent but I wasn't sold to return.
