This is the third time that FIX Auto has repaired our vehicles. Each time, the entire team from management to auto shop staff have been EXCELLENT!
All three times, their work has been tiemly and professionally completed.
Their communications regarding status are the BEST EVER! The FIX Auto corporate office is very, very lucky to have such a wonderful and caring team.

I got two blocks away from fix auto before my car overheated and broke down. I had to call roadside service to come and pick up my car. Thank God I able to reach enterprise Rent-A-Car before they close in order to rent another car at my own expense. I am so unhappy I'm sorry this experience did not work out well.

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding repair work! Denise the office manager kept me updated on the progress of the repair and was very thorough and friendly. The repairs were perfect and my car came back super clean! The engine light came on before the accident and they diagnosed the problem at no charge. Everyone I met at Fix was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond!
