The process to repair my vehicle took entirely to long 10 days(minus the weekend). It appears to me its a scam to keep charging the insurance company.
A representative from Service King did not call me to inform me my vehicle was ready. I happened to be in the area and went by the location to check on my vehicle because the repairs were taking so long. I was referred to Service King but I will NEVER refer anyone to have their car repaired by this company Untrained receptionist, adjusters, management etc.....
