I was amazed by the continuous updates about the progress on my car. I felt that this indicated an interest in getting me back into my car as quickly as possible. The staff was incredibly polite and I didn't feel as if they treated me any more differently because I am a woman, unlike some other car repair places. I was treated with respect.
