My car was repaired beyond my expectations and the Detailer who cleaned my car before I picked it up was Amazing!! The owner was very professional and the customer service was the best! I was able to leave my rental car there and just drive off in my brand new Mercedes! I am one happy camper. Your new staff is much more professional. Thanks to Matt and Virginia who provide exemplary customer service. I have previously received an estimate at lioness about 2 years ago and the staff was rude and unprofessional. And because of that I did not have my repairs done there. My car was ready for a month for me to pay my deductible. However, there was a mix up with payment from the insurance company and my car was not released leaving me with no car for over a month. The issue between the body shop and the insurance company with payment had nothing to do with me as I was prepared to pay my deductible and have my car back. It seems as though customer service was not a priority.
