John was just great in helping through the process. I loved how he had enterprise come get me from collusions and how i was able to leave my rental there. Very convenient. John explained what the areas were that would be fixed. I loved getting the updates via phone or email. The car looks great and drives good too. There was no wait time at all and that's important to me. Thank you Solano collision. I will truly recommend your shop to my friends

The finished product was superb. The customer service was excellent . The communication sucked.I wasn't told how long the repair would take prior to the time I brought my car in. Therefore, it cost me $300 to rent a car. I was on vacation for 2 weeks prior to me bringing my car in. It could have been fixed in those 2 weeks & I would not have had to rent a car.

The car looked amazing except for one detail. We had a star chip in the windshield which my wife and I were not covered by. I accepted. The work was completed. They kept us informed. Everything looked amazing except the star in our windshield had a major crack across it. We called who Solano Collision recommended, an additional 275 on top of the 500 dollar for the repairs.
