I want to express what great "customer service” we received from Bill Hubbard at Marina Auto Body. When we dropped off my car, the staff in the office greeted us and were very friendly (sometimes hard to do wearing masks!). Bill helped us check the car in, and walked outside to see see first hand what needed to be done. He exuded confidence that we would be happy with the paint job. Bill called a few times during the 8 days they had the car, giving us updates on their progress. When we picked up the car, Bill continued his excellent customer service by showing us what they did. The car was washed and clean, which we greatly appreciate going that extra service to make a customer happy! Thank you so much Bill !!! Overall, this has been a great experience. In today's world, it’s not seen as often as we’d like, from anyone. We will happily recommend Marina Auto Body to family and friends, anyone who asks!!!

Honestly I had I had no idea that my car was being sent elsewhere I took it to the dealership and thought their shop was doing the work. But I am satisfied with the end result so I guess that’s what matters. Thanks for doing a great job

Marina Auto Body did a fantastic job. They kept me posted on the progress of the repair and it was finished right on time. I got the truck back completely detailed. I couldn’t be happier!!

Car was not repaired

good people to work with. Work appears to be well done. What more could I ask for.

The car came back with dents in the hood that were not there when we brought the car in. The work in the damage wasn’t completed to its original state. The strip along the bottom of the car that was removed and replaced is not fully attached and it took way longer than we were told to get the work completed. When calling to try to get answers on how much longer we would be without the car, we were always told the person we needed to speak with to get the work done wasn’t available.

Totally satisfied. Excellent staff & service. Definitely will recommend Marina Auto Body. Again, thank you for a great job on my truck.

About a week after getting my car back, a light came on in my car and the car makes a noise when I drive it

Car was completed on time as promised and Fernando was great to work with. So far all is good thank you guys!!
